TPA3116D2 for Ultrasonic Frequency Range?

Can a device like the TPA3116D2 be used for driving loads in the 20-250kHz ultrasonic frequency range? If this device can't, does anybody know of an integrated device like this one that can? Thank you.

    Hi, Randy,

    Unfortunately, due to this amplifier being a closed-loop amplifier, it will start to roll-off the response once you get outside of the audio band.

    We have some open loop power stages, but their switching frequency is limited to below the freq you'd need to replicate a 250 kHz signal. See TAS5342L for example.
