TAS5613 is NRND. Please check out TAS5614A. Are you looking for the package mechanical information or samples? What is eagle?

Hi Paul,

EAGLE is a layout and schematic editor. I'm looking for the mechanical Package or better a library for EAGLE which contains the package PHD S-PQFP-G64.
