    Effectively, the PCM5242 has volume control function. Basically, the PCM5242 is controlled by the registers configuration. This particular device is configured via I2C or SPI. So, it is just necessary to configure Page 0 / Registers 61-62. Page 0 / Register 61 is used to modify the volume of left channel and Page 0 / Register 62 is used to modify the volume of right channel.
