DRV134: Improvement suggestion for that device

Hello!

I have a improvent suggestion for the DRV134:

the input for that IC should be selectable non symetrical and symetrical.

So this device can be used for a non symetrical and symetrical preamp.

The other parts of the DRV134 can be left unchanged.

Hi Armin,
For applications requiring differential input and differential output, you might consider the OPA1632. DRV134 is intended as a standalone single-ended to differential converter or line driver.

DRV134

For differtial input PIN 3 can be wired like a differential amp?

In this case I need the resistor of A1.

Can you post that?

Hi Armin,

As I mentioned above, DRV134 is really intended to convert a single-ended signal to a differential output. If your application requires differential input and output, a fully-differential amplifier such as OPA1632 is a much better choice. Additionally, a fully-differential amplifier can be configured externally to operate off of either a differential or single-ended input signal.
