TAS5717: 2W 4Ohm speaker output noise question

Part Number: TAS5717

Hello.

Our project used TAS5717 output for 2W 4 Ohm speaker got noise but 8 Ohm speaker is OK.

TAS5717 Master Volume setting to 0 dB at 1kHz input. NB volume set below 67 Speaker output waveform is OK.

NB Volume set above 68 Speaker output waveform got problem. Please reference on below waveform and schematic.

Please kindly help to provide your suggestion. Thanks~

    Could you please send me a dump of the TAS5717 register programming?

    With 12V input I did not see the behavior you show even up to ~10W.

    What is your output power target?

    From your screenshot, I see 6.58V RMS, at 4 ohm this is 11W but you mention 2W in your post.
