PCM2706C: can not contorl the volume level by the computer when playing the music

Part Number: PCM2706C

the PCM2706C worked on I2S mode, when i playing music, i can not control the volume level by the desktop(win7 system) right-down bar,

but when using the volume control bar on the music player, i can control the volume level.

is the PCM2706C works like this? anyone can tell me the answer?

    Hi,

    I have not seen this issue before with the PCM2706C devices. I suspect this is an issue with Windows and perhaps your audio configuration. You can set specific audio output hardware for individual programs in windows. Perhaps you have your music player configured to use the USB-PCM2706C devices, while the windows default is another device?
