PCM1753: There is a noise at the beginning and end of the LRCK of the PCM1753.

Part Number: PCM1753
There is a noise at the beginning and end of the LRCK of the PCM1753. What could be the cause?
Below is the test waveform:
  • Can you share a schematic of your system?

I would quess that your I2S source does not share the same ground as the PCM1753.  Is that possible?

    Thanks,

    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

    Thanks for your  support!

The PCM1753 schematic is below. And the waveform show that the any audio data  input to PCM1753 ,whether the  data is correct, it  will output audio signal.

  • Hi ,

This looks like digital crosstalk.  A good test would be to provide LRCK, BCK, MCLK, but do apply DATA.  Do you still hear the noise?  Is the same noise present on the DAC output as the AMP output?

Is the layout clean?  Can you capture a scope shot of the VCC, VCOM, and GND pin of the PCM1753 when the noise issue occurs? Is the noise present on the supply as well?

    Thanks,

    Paul
