HI
the schematic of our customer is attached.
the FAULT pin is always low.
do you have any idea to solve that?
Hi,
An always low voltage on Fault pin may indicate something is detected in abnormal on DC detection and Short Circuit detection. Could you take a try to see the /Fault pin voltage when /SD pin is pulled high?
For DC detection, you may check if there is any leakage path on Speaker +/-. Please also note that /SD pin should be hold low until input signals are stable during the start up. The matching between input +/- is also important.
For short circuit protection, you may use a pure resistance connecting between Speaker +/-, and see if the /Fault condition removed.
Any further question, please let us know.
Regards,
Hao
