May you describe more detailed request about relationship of efficiency and temperature. Do you mean thermal performance? at which output power you are interested?

Or you mean in difference temperature, the efficiency plot will varies a bit, and you request the different plot?

Thank you for your reply. Output power is 5W and the input voltage is 5V. If you do not have one now, it's okay.

RYO,

We don't have that specific temperature data for the 5W. You can measure that with TAS5421 EVM.
