You may download the GUI in the following link:

If you cannot run the GUI in Windows 10, please try with the Troubleshoot Compatibility option.

The GUI doesn't work correctly on the customer computer. I attached the customer screenshot.

I'm trying to install the GUI in my computer, but there is install error...

Yone-san,

Could you provide more information about the customer issue? It seems that the I2C lines are working correctly in the picture that you attached.

Could the customer try pressing the Read command in the GUI? Finally, could you provide the device driver settings, please?
