Compiler/TAS5731M: The TAS5731 Burn out the woofer

Some of the products shipped burn out the woofer.

Could you tell me what's the reason  the woofer burn out？

Is it related to the register-setting of the TAS5731？

    Hi Banghong,

    It is suggested to do some debug as i cannot help to analyze from your description. Some clues are for your reference:

    1. To check what is the failure rate of the issue;
    2. To check whether this issue can be reproduced stably;
    3. To check whether similiar issue can be reproduce on TI EVM board on the same condition;
      1. Once upon items above can be checked, then go further to:
    4. Burn out: to check whether any short occurs in the output pin;
    5. To use a current probe to monitor the current through the inductor, which can check whether it is too much power that causes this issue;
      1. To reduce the volume to see whether this issue is eliminated;
    6. To check BST waveform and  PWM wavform when this issue occurs.
