TAS2770EVM: no audio output through USB when connect with TAS2770EVM

Dear expert,

we face to the same issue as below E2E link.

However, we have follow EVM user guide and connect with PPC3 successful in our laptop.( windows10/ 64 bits)

Could you share your comments about this issue with us?

Can you share a capture of your jumper settings on the EVM?
Additionally, can you do a list of the steps you're following to test the EVM?
