TAS5518-5261K2EVM -- Replacement CD-ROM or download link available for PurePath software?

Hello all,

I'm working with the TAS5518-5261K2EVM I've had for quite a few years now, and at some point during one of a couple moves, I've lost the CD-ROM that came with the kit.  Does anyone know if a replacement CD-ROM can be ordered from TI, or if TI provides a download link for the software (specifically, the TAS5518GUI component)?  All I've turned up so far is datasheets and app notes (which I already have... didn't lose those).
