Hello Kien,

Please find my comments below:

Power Supply decoupling looks good.
i see series resistors on the digital interface pins. This is good as it will help with ringing and overshoot.
I2C lines should be pulled up to IOVDD. I assume this is happening on another schematic page as I do not see anything here.
The 1kohm resistors at the output concern me. They will limit the output power. it is recommended using ferrite beads
