What do you mean? Each pin has an SPI, I2C, and hardwired function. If you connect the MODE pins correctly, you can then set each pin.
If you are exclusively working in HW mode, then you could also consider using the PCM5102A.

The power supply and analog pins can be configured as they are shown in the PCM5142EVM schematic. That is static for all configuration. The digital IO pins depend on the requirements of the system, for example, if you are attenuating the output, using de-emphasis, and selecting the correct I2S interface format.
