Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV320AIC3268, TLV320AIC3263

For audio processing module we first planned to use tagged IC TLV320AIC3263. Then due to fine pitch of 0.5mm BGA (PCB routing difficulty) we have shifted to similar IC TLV320AIC3268 which is in 64-QFN package. Two days back from putting this post, the datasheet of TLV320AIC3268 has been downloaded from TI website. But today when cross verifying the part selected, the package information (PCB footprint plus layout recommendation) is removed from datasheet. Also in the TLV320AIC3268 TI page when package info is downloaded, it is showing only IC sample imaged but not footprint or layout. Any specific reason for the package info removal? The parts seems to be active as per website. We were initiating the PCB library footprint plus symbol creation of this part since it is almost fixed for our application. Couldn't find the package info anywhere. Expecting the support ASAP!
