PCM2706: Dose FUNC3 pin (number 4) work as I2S DIN?

Part Number: PCM2706

Typical Circuit Connection 3 of the datasheet (page 30), FUNC3 pin is used as I2S DIN. It looks like receiving barge-in signal from amp.

If I make circuit as link below, Can I send and receive on Windows PC?

Hi Yongjin,

The FUNC3 pin can be used as an external I2S input for the integrated DAC, not as a digital input that will be communicated over the USB bridge. This feature is mostly for test and debug, it does not have a practical application.

We do not. We have some devices that support a microphone input and headphone output:
