Hi team,
Could you explain the function of #12 test pin?
If I leave it Open or connect to GND, what does the device behave?
I concern if this is a test mode pin and accidentally fall into test mode.
regards,

Hi Tsuji-san,
This pin should be connected to ground or left floating (the devices as an internal pulldown on this pin). Only by connecting this pin to a higher voltage (like VCC) is is possible to cause unexpected behavior.
Thanks,
Paul
Hi Paul,
Is that for debug purpose or internal trimming or initial setting purpose?

Hi Paul,
One more question.
I concern noise coupling into test pin.
How does this device behaves if Test pin is unexpectedly driven High?
Is there a way to recover from test mode?
regards,
Hi Tsuji-san,
I do not know all of the potential behaviors of setting the pin high, but I recall that if I set it high the output is disabled. If the customer is concerned about noise coupling causing a problem, then I recommend they short the pin directly to ground.
Thanks,
Paul
