TPA3156D2: Lower power consumption device than TPA3156D2

Hello Expert,

I'm looking for lower power consumption device than TPA3156D2.
Detailed requirement specification is as follow.
・Input type: Analog or I2S
・Ch: 1ch BTL or 1ch PBTL
・PVDD: 24V
・Load: 2ohm or 4ohm
・Maximum output power: 150W peak(don't need to support 150W continuously)

Please let me know if there is more appropriate device for this opportunity.

By the way, I confirmed some audio amp datasheet including TPA3156D2.
Then some device has each power supply pin's power consumption(PVCC, DVDD, GVDD, etc) but TPA3156D2 datasheet only have Icc.
Would you tell me whether this Icc included all pin's current or it is only PVCC current?
If it is only for PVCC pin's power consumption, could you provide other pins typical idle current?

Hi Kuramochi-san,

If you only need 1 channel, I would suggest to use TPA3244(pad down) or TPA3245(pad up) in PBTL for most cost effective solution. Choosing pad up or pad down depends on the thermal requirement. If you needs a high average output power, then you may choose TPA3245 with a heatsink installed.

Regarding your question on current, TPA3156 only needs PVCC and AVCC supply. The GVDD are generated by internal LDOs, thus don't have current spec.

I want to know the device which have lower power consumption than TPA3156. Your suggested device's power consumption looks like larger than TPA3156.
Is there lower power consumption device which can satisfy their requirement?

Hello Kuramochi-san,

The TPA3156 is the lowest power consumption device that can support 150W. The customer can use the low idle-loss mode for some additional improvement for efficiency.
