LMX2492: Q

Part Number: LMX2492

Dear TI support team, I'd like to follow up on the previous conversation about the lock detect by Charge pump monitoring on the LMX2492, two months ago handled by Noel.

From one batch of our PCBs, we did not get reliable behavior of the CPMON output. Our solution has been to move to the Automotive series (LMX2492Q), and with these devices, the problem has not been reproduced.

However, I'd like to check with you if you can confirm that this is a valid solution and you can back the assumption that the resistor network in the automotive series will be less prone to unreliable behavior?

Also, I'd like to share the markings on the devices that have been troublesome: They read "X2492 - 4AU - ALYJ". Can you confirm that this might be a batch that was affected by whatever issues?

Thanks, best wishes - Nils
