It seems that they can make the path from OSCin to OSCout after setting registers like the attached.
However, customer wants to make this path after power-up/resetting the device. Could you tell how to do what they want to do?

Hello Takahashi-san,
The LMK04832 does not have any non-volatile memory to configure to a specific configuration.
However the LMK04832 does configure to buffer OSCin --> OSCout as the customer is requesting. The output format of OSCout is on power-up is LVPECL 1600 mVpp. If you need LVDS levels instead of LVPECL, you can do a voltage divider to achieve this.
Please note the datasheet tables spec the start-up clock as following the input to OSCin to the maximum frequency of 500 MHz, above which is out of specification.
