Figure 18 shows 3GHz to 15GHz.

Can you provide the full profile from freq 10M to 15GHz? 

Previous thread answered for the resistor pull up.

Can provide the data for Inductor pull up?

    Hi Eddie,

    The low frequency plot with inductor pull up does not make sense. 

    Inductor pull up is meant to increase the output power at high frequency. The plot in the datasheet was taken with a 1nH inductor, this inductor becomes a short circuit at low frequency, output power will actually be smaller than with resistor pull-up.
