Hello,

    Can we operate the LMX2595 in pulsed mode (the pulses will be supplied externally)? Please advise on how to do it.

    I assume that you are referring to the SYSREF mode.

    Yes, to do this.

    1.  Part needs to be in SYNC mode, which might force a lower phase detector frequency due to minimum N divider ratios

    2. ENable SYNC mode

    3.  Set SYSREF_PULSE=1

    4. Set # of pulses and delay

    5.  Toggle SYSREFREQ pin.   Ensure INPIN_IGNORE (R58[15]) = 0
