LMK03328: EPPROM Programing issue

Hi Team,

I tried eeprom programing using TICS pro GUI as well as by use of external I2C master, as mentioned programing method in datasheet of LMK03328 page no 56, but looks like it is not programming the epprom.

Below are the GPIO strapping settings,

REFSEL = High, primary clock 100MHz input

HW_SW_CNTL = low, Soft pin mode

GPIO0 = high, o/p sync

GPIO1 = Low, i2c address ix 0x54

GPIO2-3 = Low, EEPROM page 0 loading

GPIO4 = High, Soft pin mode

GPIO5 = float

I am able to program its registers via external i2c master and I am able to get desired output frequency on channel 0.

Observed that, Once SRAM write and EEPROM write procedure completed, no increment at R136 value.

Hi Vicente,

This process followed multiple time. but doesn't seems it is writing to eepprom memory page0. after power cycle again we checked there is no output on chanel 0.

we need to program again.

Hi Rupesh,
Could you please provide a step by step procedure of what you're currently trying?
Did you try the procedure from the word doc i shared in TICSpro?

Yes, I have followed exact steps you mentioned in documents. but didn't workout. let us know any other method to do so or any other workarround is there.

Are you using TICSpro and the LMK03328EVM?
