LMX2572: CPG Table 22 Values

I recently ran across the same issue described here:

It was mentioned that a note would be added to the datasheet so somebody else would not encounter the same discrepancy. Five years on, and it's still not there and I had to dig around in this forum to figure out why 15*625 wasn't 9375.
