Hi Yuseok,

If it is a Cat.3 sync, the timing between foscin and SYNC is very important. You need a solution to generate a clean foscin and control the timing of the SYNC pulse. LMK device is one of the clock chips that can do so. If it is a Cat. 1 or 2 sync, the timing of the SYNC pulse is not critical, you can use a logic device to generate this sync pulse.
