We currently have several LMK05318B-Q1 chips that are reporting a loss of phase lock DPLL and a loss of frequency lock DPLL. The registers R13 and R14 show values of 0x08 and 0xC0, respectively.

The register dumps for both abnormal and normal working conditions have been uploaded in the attachment.
