Tool/software:
I'm assuming the 2nd loop has a quartz oscillator, or is it MEMS?
Do you have any vibration performance test data?
BTW, I successfully integrated my low-pull-range oscillator with the help provided by:
Thank you!

PLL2 integrated VCO is an integrated L-C tank circuit with the inductors and capacitors made out of metal layers on-chip. Nothing on-chip is going to be substantially susceptible to vibration like how it would with quartz, and it's solid-state metal layers so there's no moving parts or dependency on ambient pressure/gas diffusion like with MEMS. You're more likely to see vibration issues from piezoelectric effects of capacitors in the loop filter or on the LDOBYP1/2 pins, which comes down to a choice of component.
I'm 95% confident we do not have any vibration testing data for LMK04832 internal VCO. I'm marking this as resolved for now in expectation that the remaining 5% uncertainty will be resolved and we have no data, but if we do have any data, I'll come back and update the thread.
