The LMK1C devices are CMOS clocking buffers tuned for 50Ω output impedance. If you don't specifically need 50Ω output drivers, you could tie two outputs of LMK1C1108 together four times to get a 25Ω output driver, which should improve the drive strength and the rise/fall times.
Can you tell us more about what you're trying to do? There are a lot of situations outside of driving a low phase-noise CMOS clock where a straightforward CMOS buffer might be a better pick.
