CDCLVD1213: high speed cable assembly for LVDS clock output

Hi, 

We want to interface between FPGAs for LVDS data and clock on two separate PCBs using a high speed cable assembly like https://www.digikey.co.uk/en/products/detail/i-pex/81674-100B-02-D/22108870 which has an characteristic impedance of 84-87 ohm. The cable length is 20cm.

We are using DS90LV804 for LVDS data and for clock we want to use CDCLVD1213.

Can you please suggest that if CDCLVD1213 is ok to use with cable assembly our maximum clock rate will be 200MHz? I am asking because the data sheet of DS90LV804 specify it to use with cable assembly but nothing in the data sheet of CDCLVD1213. 

Also, can you please suggest that what should be impedance requirement for the traces of input and output of CDCLVD1213 on the PCB, 50 Ohm or 100 Ohms?
