LMX2582: input and output clock

That is correct. 

The typical voltage range is not specified given the outputs are push-pull and require a pull up. 
The output power depends on the load.

If we look at the output power vs frequency plot we are essentially at anywhere from 7-8dBM Single ended for a 50 Ohm Pull up 

8dBm of RF power corresponds to approximate 1.58Vpp:

Please note you can achieve higher output power using an inductive pull up at the cost of impedance matching.

Think of the output voltage swing as 1.58Vpp
As mentioned output power (or voltage swing) can be increased using an inductive pull up.

Please note that the 1.58Vpp is single ended - not differential. 
You can can adjust the output power via software as well by adjusting OUTx_PWR

The differential output voltage is the the difference between two intrapair single ended signals that are usually inverted. 
So in your case if you have a 1.58 Vpp single ended signal - differentially this is 2 * VOD = 2 * 1.58 = 3.16 Vpp 
As mentioned, the output power is adjustable on LMX2582.

The output buffers are open collectors, not push pull.
