Where can I find more info about the SYSREF mode operation of the LMX2595.
1) What will the latency be between the external trigger and the outuput signal
2) What will the relation be between the phase of the signal generated in each pulse

The latency is approx. 40ns, this is not a fixed value.
The phase between RF and SYSREF clock is deterministic but this phase is depending on the configuration.
An example:
Pink is SYSREFREQ; Blue is RF clock; Green is SYSREF clock.
