It would be helpful if you could provide a comparison table between the TI recommendation and the Si5381A, including key parameters such as:

Configuration flexibility

Moreover, we have recommeded LMK5C33414A but customer said that this solution might be a little too "high-end", I was wondering if we have a simpler solution recommedned. Thansk!

Here is a comparison table of all of our DPLL parts.

Depending on the input and output frequency plan, the LMK5C23208A or LMK05318B can be suggested for better feature and jitter performance than LMK05028. The LMK5C23208A is the low cost version of LMK5C33414A but keep in mind only 2 inputs are available on the LMK5C23208A.
