LMX2594: About improving the spurious signal

Hi support team all.

The goal is to keep the spurious signal within 50 MHz of the carrier below -40dBc and the spurious signal between 1 GHz and 2 GHz away from the carrier below -100dBc without worsening the phase noise of the RF output.
The target of the spurious signal was achieved in the simulation, but the actual measurement did not achieve it.
I would like to confirm whether the cause is the chip or the TICS Pro setting.

As for the details of the deviation from sim. There is no problem with the spurious signal within 50 MHz from the carrier.
A spurious signal 1 GHz to 2 GHz away from the carrier is sim. less than -100dBc in sim., but -85dBc in actual measurement. I would like to know if you have any comments on this deviation, or if there are any points to be noted about the setting of TICS Pro.

By the way, when the fractional calculation was changed from 1/2 to 250/500, the spurious seems to be improved, but other noise components increased.
