You can refer to the material content report for the part numbers you provided, and the MTBF and FIT report for CDC6CE15625CDLFT (another part number in the CDC6C family, all CDC6C variants have the same MTBF and FIT rate). The country of origin is the Philippines, MTBF is 6.667x 10⁸,and the FIT rate is 1.5. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you, Connor. Also about the Lead finish/Ball material, datasheet/TI page has "Call TI". Based on the Lead frame plating from Material declaration can i consider the finish as "Nickel Palladium Gold"?

Hi Aarthi,

Let me look into this and see if we have a qualification summary for the industrial variant of CDC6C.

Regarding the lead frame plating, that's correct that it is Nickel Palladium Gold.
