CLOCKPRO CRASHES WITH CDCE706 CONNECTED TO USB PROGRAMMING EVM

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CLOCKPRO, CDCE706

Hi,

I'm trying to use the latest version of ClockPro with the USB version of the CDCE programming EVM to program CDCE706 PLL chips.

Unfortunately, when I try to 'Find Boards', ClockPro crashes and the screen below is displayed.

I don't seem to be able to Find the EVM (Board) that I know is connected, nor the device that I know should be being seen and available to program.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Best Regards

Lee

  • Hello Lee,

Unfortunately, this inquiry fell through the cracks.  We're very sorry about that.

Are you still having issues with this software?  If you could, please tell us more about which Windows edition you are using, including service pack and system type (32 or 64 bit).

    Regards,
    Alan

  • Just wanted to point out another E2E post that may help w.r.t setting up the Clock Pro software.
