i am using CD4059AE ic to generate 1KHz to 20KHz frequency in step of 100Hz.
We get freq ok but somehow two frequencies are coming out.
For Example if we set 10KHz,
second freq is 5Hz and off time is 800ms.
In 5 Hz during On time 10KHz is coming, same as modulation.
And during off time(800ms) output pin remain constant high state.
We use Vdd-5V, Input clock-1MHz TCXO.
