LMK03200 can be used for SDI applications( used as the FPGA gtx refclk )？

In order to sdi output  synchronous the sdi in , used to the sdi in (rx_usrclk)  is the input clock for lmk03200 .The output CLKOUT5 of lmk03200 is used as the reference clock for SDI TX（FPGA  GTX REFCLK）,now  the output clock of lmk03200 has locked the input clock.but sdi tx  sent the data is chaotic.If a 148.5mhz crystal is used as the reference clock for the SDI output, the SDI output data  is correct.

LMK03200  can be used for SDI applications??
