Hi JH,

Sorry for the delay in response. I reviewed your .ppt.

The AC coupling capacitor after the series termination resistor is optional. If it is included, there is AC current flow only during a transition (rising edge). Without it, there would be a DC current path when the signal is driven high.

OE can be pulled directly to 3.3V without the pull-up resistor.
