Our customer is using CDC3S04YFFR in project, and the project is in MP stage.
However, they find the CDC3S04YFFR will be empty solder or short circuit after a few month.
And they have solder their boards with best welding manufacturers.
Pls. give some advice about design and soder of CDC3S04YFFR.
