I have LMK04033. Pins CLKin drives by 100 MHz. I'm using implementation with crystal oscillator 16 MHz according Figure 16 of datasheet. There are valid signals on pins CLKout0, CLKout2 and CLKout4, but there are no signals on pins CLKout1 and CLKout3. I observe on pin LD that both of PLLs are locked.
