Greetings,

I am in need for a synthesizer that can output 900 MHz sine wave. Is there a part you can help recommend?

The PLL needs to be one time programmable (OTP) so that once power reset the register do not need to be reprogrammed. Otherwise if you have a part with 900 MHz as default value already existing in profile?

Hi Amr,

We do not have Synthesizers in our portfolio with integrated EEPROM/OTP. However, you could potentially evaluate a clock generator like LMK003318 or Oscillator like LMK61E07 that can output 900 MHz (Square wave - LVPECL, LVDS, CML levels).
