Hi Morteza,

There is no internal termination resistor in LMX2595 OSCin buffer. If the reference clock source is LVDS, the simplest way to interconnect it to LMX is put a 100Ω resistor across the LVDS output traces (put it close to LMX). Then AC couple to LMX. 

Another thing to check is to use the suggested de-cap value for pin 10, 36, 38, 29, 3, 37 and 33.
