Customer looking for replacement or cross to old National ultrasonic transceiver part number LM1812; the datasheet for what looks

to be an old -- and likely long obsolete, part is listed below. I was about to "no bid" this, but wanted verification that this part is obsolete

without replacement or alternate. If it is obsolete, we are needing to know if you have anything close (?).

Thanks for your request. Give us a few days to look into this and get back to you. Are you looking for a pin2pin replacement specifically or would an alternative ultrasonic device be an option.

Pin-to-Pin would be fantastic, but not expected -- we were hoping for an alternative ultrasonic solution.

Hi Dan,

For ultrasonic products I recommend we review our product offerings here is the link http://www.ti.com/sensors/specialty-sensors/ultrasonic/overview.html The closest device that I can recommend would be the TDC1000. It support higher frequency transducers however it cannot support 1A output load.If the application is for level sensing I would recommend PGA460. depending on the application, frequency of the transducer and output SPL needed we have a few options. Let me know if this helps.
