Hi sir,

How to check the synchronization in LMX2595EVM. As per the EVM user guide by keeping the sysref pin high the LMX2595EVM provides synchronization pulses. High indicates should I give Vcc of 5V or else... and how to determine the sync pulses at output.

    Hi Singam,

    SYSREF and SYNC are two separated functions. 

    if you just want to sync multiple devices, put them in SYNC mode is good enough. In Cat.2 SYNC, you can click the "Toggle Sync Pin" button in TICS Pro to generate a non-timed SYNC pulse. If it is a Cat. 3 SYNC, you need to generate a SYNC pulse which is phase aligned with the reference clock signal.
