LMK04828: LMK04828 no output and can not read back any message from SPI port.

Hello,Our design with LMK04828B, OSCin input 122.88MHz LVDS signal. but can not read back register value with SPI PORT, and can not output any frequency clock from any output port.please help to tell me what is the wrong with our design.as attachment you can find Y5 as the LMK04828's input clock.thank you very much.LMK04828 - Clock Cleaner-sts.pdf

    Hi,

    If programming does not work, then nothing else will work.

    I would recommend trying the simplest possible serieal command.  In this case, this is the POWERDOWN bit  (R2[0]).  You should be able to reliably change the part between the power up and powerdown state.  Also make sure that the part is not stuck in the powered down state.  Sometimes when you toggle the POWERDOWN bit on many parts, you can see the DC bias level change on the OSCin pin from 0 V to 1.5 V.
