We are using LMX2595 in our board, and are able only get about -31dBm power out of the chip at 15GHz. OUTA_PWR setting in Reg 44 is set to the max value, and we are using termination resistor rather then inductor. Our insertion loss is in single digits, so it's not an interconnect issue. We are driving signal as single ended into GPPO connector on board (P side) , N side is terminated using 49.9 to the GND after DC blocking cap. The central termination circuit is done according the datasheet, using 49.9 resistor, cap and 49.9 to the GND.
What other settings can be change in the chip to get more power? We need +2 dBm signal to RF block.
