We are interested in creating a ramp signal (~40MHz) using the lmx2594. We have the chip generating ramps (trigger is positive edge on ramp_clk). What we want is to trigger a set (maybe 10) of ramps, then have a ~100ms time before the next set. When we do this the lmx is outputting a cw tone at the frequency at the end of the ramp. We also see this if the "burst" of triggers are spread out, there will be a ramped signal with a solid CW connecting to the next start.
Is there a way to setup the ramp so that the output is muted after ramp_len expires?
