CODELOADER: About Update firmware with USB2ANY on CodeLoader

Regarding to update firmware with USB2ANY on CodeLoader4,my customer is asking some question.

They will use for LMK03000EVM with USB2ANY.

At first, CodeLoader4 is start up, then update firmware massage is shown.

(CodeLoader User's Guide(SNAU083A) page 4）

And they tried to update firmware, but it is stopped.in the middle.

(Question)

(1) The PC OS they use is Win10 64bit. Is there any problem on update firmware?

According to below thread, USB2ANY driver is only supported 32bit OS.

Is 64bit OS not supported update with USB2ANY on CodeLoader?

And is USB2ANY driver needed to update firmware with CodeLoader?

(2) Could you please give some advice for update firmware?

According to below thread, instead of CodeLoader, they recommend using USB2ANY Firmware Loader.

Is this also a valid solution?

(3) According to their update firmware message, v2.8.2.0 firmware will be updated.

But the firmware revision in USB2ANY Firmware Loader of CodeLoader4 folder is v2.7.0.0

Which firmware should they use for update?
