ADS124S08: How to calculate 15ppm FSR of the maximum INL

Hello guys,

One of my customers is evaluating ADS124S08 for their new products.

The customer has the following question. Could you please give me your reply?

[Their question]

I know ADS124S08 INL maximum value is 15ppm FSR.

I'd like to know what voltage this 15ppm FSR is in case of internal reference (2.5V) using and GAIN is "1".

Is it 5V * 15ppm because the differential Input full scale range is twice of Vref (Internal reference voltage=2.5V) ?

Hi Kazuya,

Yes the FSR is 2* VREF for the ADS124S08. The INL voltage error maximum with the 2.5V reference is 75uV.
